9:00a.m. Meet at your hotel lobby Proceed to: Meiji Shrine, a shinto shrine dedicated to the Emperor Meiji → Tokyo Tower, where you enjoy the panoramic view of central Tokyo → Imperial Palace Plaza, where former Edo Castle was located and now the Emperor and the Empress' residence is there → Marunouchi District, the biggest business and financial area ( lunch ) → Asakusa, where the oldest temple in Tokyo is located → ( Enjoy boat riding on Sumida River ) → Hamarikyu Garden, former villa of Tokugawa family in Edo period After visiting Hamarikyu Garden, you have a choice of: 1. Going to Akihabara, the biggest electric town and the origin of Japan's pop culture OR 2. Visiting Ginza, the most fashionable and authentic shopping district. Back to the hotel at around 5:00p.m. |
