Is Japan a safe country?
 Yes. Japan is basically a safe country.  Nonetheless, you are responsible for taking care of yourself and your belongings. 
Can we make a reservation from overseas?  
 Yes. You can make a reservation from overseas on the Internet. 
Can we use credit cards for the payment of the tour?  
 No. Basically the payment for the tour is acceptable only in Japanese yen in cash.  However, you can pay by credit card for the tour marked "payable by credit card". 
What languages are available for the tours? 
 We have guides for nine languages, namely, English, Chinese, Spanish, Korean, Italian, German, Russian, Portuguese and French. The guides speak one or more of these languages. The language spoken on each tour is clearly mentioned in the tour description.
Where do we meet for the tour?
 The meeting point is clearly mentioned on each tour and is easy to find even for first-time visitors to Japan. For example, it may be in front of the information center at a train station. 
I have some difficulty with walking. I am afraid that I cannot follow the tour.
 You can get the idea how much you walk from the tour description. 
Is there any tour that includes a meal?
 Yes. There are some tours that include a meal at a restaurant. 
Who is in charge of the tour?
 Your guide is in charge of operating as well as planning the tour.

 The guide's e-mail address and cell phone number are mentioned on each tour. 
Please tell us about the conditions of cancellation.
 They depend on the tour. In general, you need to make at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Otherwise, a 100% cancellation charge applies.
